Beneath

Beneath the moonlit blue
Dream away like fireflies
That soar across the heavens
Like lonesome pin holes in the night
For the sun's not just the one
Beneath the skin the seed of sin
Has hidden the light within your eyes
Compressed the souls of life within your side
Awaken from your slumber
Feel the power of the thunder
As the earth trembles beneath you feet
Have you ever stopped to wonder?
By the light of heavens blue
Would it be right for me and you?
If we could only
Live with hearts so true
