Bounded In Youth
Thoughts gather on the wind
And there is a notion held within
What passion fuelled, it fed with fire
Quill thy flame, my hearts desire
No noble deeds are bound in youth
And this is just a humble truth
Quench my thirst, before I burst
To be endured and not be turfed
Beside the wayside in the clay
Who are thou, who have come to say
Vestige be the thy open heart
Beside the seal of heavens harp
Take thy hand and seize my bow
Release my thoughts and watch them go
Notions come with fruit to bare
And there is hope that you are there
Fear me not, unless you hold me in vain
For there is light beyond my flame
