Clementine

Match the tune and light my cigarette and hold my hand with without regret whistle to me in the clementine serenade me in the summer time

Clementine

Match the tune and light my cigarette
And hold my hand with without regret
Whistle to me in the clementine
Serenade me in the summer time

Walk with me among the trigs
Picking berries, eating figs

Hand in hand I understand
That you desire, a gentle man
Beside the sounding of the chime
Dance with me my clementine

Clemency and with no old regrets
Beside the balers tenements
Tome the bar and ring the bells
Beside the river as it swells

Clementine before we wait
Make love to me beside the lake
Till that day, you are my fate
For in my heart, I know that heaven can wait
