Consummate
Beneath the stars in the heaven above
Consummate this union of our love
For what I give, I give whole
And till the day that we're both old
No seedling sown has ever known
A love like ours and how it's grown
For the heavens weep with gentle tears
When you are gone and I'm left here
Even when the light has disappeared
It warms my soul to feel you here
Consummate our love, beside the flame
And honor me in loves good name
For I shall cherish and honor thee
Beside these shores before the seas
No tidal current shall, sweep our love way
For we are bound in loves gentle clay
And this is where our hearts will stay
For we are bound for better days
