Echoes Whisper In Thy Heart
Harsh the thoughts within my head
Better hope in love instead
Another mind and another heart opens
And I will be the single notion
I will not wander in the wilderness
Nor wear the coverings of the rest
Bared and burdened is the soul
But in my heart I know I'm whole
Heavier hearts have been entwined
And I am boarded on the line
Faded be the seeded rose
And there is warmth that I impose
Like the beads of humble rain
There are the thoughts that I refrain
For there is meekness in the tread
With tired eyes I rest my head
Wade not on hollowed ground
And listen to the humble sound
Echoes whisper in thy heart
Heaven knows the sounded harp
Harsh now from those frozen tongues
To beat beneath my heavy lungs
Echoes whisper in thy heart
And there are tears that I impart
