Evergreen
Blossom plumes, a sense of colour
Cloudburst hails the morning light
Companion of the evergreen
Beneath the sky you're so serene
Falling raindrops hail the earth
Beside the sea, I hear the surf
Euphoria, the nymphs await
Mysterious wonders hesitate
Muddy waters were in the brook
Sediment shifted through the sands
I thought it had, a tender look
I had felt the earth upon my hand
Resin from the trees taste sweet
Resolved were thoughts, I long to speak
Sweetheart life, the evergreen
Among your world it's so serene
Symbolic are the changing seasons
Life is less without a reason
Cherish be thy seeds you sow
Beneath the light of heavens glow
Availing winds, caressed my face
A gentle sense, I can't replace
Bewilder me excessively
I'll revel in your majesty
Meaningless the marvelled white
Mindless serpent of the tide
Out of sight and unaware
But alas I know that you're there
Mystify never deny me
For I adorn your majesty
Daylight pierced the evergreens
Such is life among your scenes
Bluebells nestled in the shade
Caress the morn among the haze
Ambrosial, the flowers white
Considerable, shadows sheltered light
Barefaced beauty, sunlit were the evergreens
Among your shadows so serene
Such is life, beneath your thunder
Plentiful seeds of natural wonder
