For Bound Are We

For bound are we in enteral slumber beside the echoes of distant thunder to ponder thoughts and to only wonder what is life and we are under

For Bound Are We

For bound are we in enteral slumber
Beside the echoes of distant thunder
To ponder thoughts and to only wonder
What is life and we are under

For mistime are we in mid rhyme
To break the blundered light divine

Misery breeds in my contempt
And I am lost in innocence
Will I be the last one too repent
To bide my time and pay the rent

Shunt it be the lonely shanty
Among the seeds of life a plenty
Quarrels breed within my heart
And there are hatreds I impart

Hate not within your hatred
Less ye be the hand I contemplated
For the are splinters among the sands
And savage wars across the land

Shall we speak in meeker voices
And challenge that by which are choices
Blaspheme breeds beside the brimstone fires
Quench the hand of my desire
