Heavenly Angel

With the grace of the heavens she entered my life
By the warmth of a flame she is the seed of my love
To have and to hold her by the warmth of the flame
Does she understand the depth of my feelings
By the tears that I show would she know that my love
Is the light of my day and the love that I feel
Will never dim as long I hold you in my arms by the light

Heavenly angel you are the seed of my heart
Through the years the tears that we share
May flow but they will never tear us apart
For you soar across the heavens with the grace of a dove
For the candle that burns is the essence of us

Is it enough to say I love you
When you know that my heart only beats for you
By the light of the heavens
My feelings won't fade for you are the light
Of my every day
And through the years
I know that my feelings won't change
