How is it Now

Tempered heat, my heavy hand how is it now that I could hope you would understand the promises made by one broken man

How is it Now

Tempered heat, my heavy hand how is it now
That I could hope you would understand
The promises made by one broken man
My heart lingered here when you were near
And when you left, I felt the fear
And then slowly, I began to disappear
Even when my thoughts were not clear
I felt the screams and heard the cheer
Beyond this world that we leave here
