Sometimes
Upon this mid enchanted eve
As I watch leaves fall from the trees
My life's content with hand etended
I welcome thee to sit among the fallen leaves
So enchanting are the stars this night
Beneath the hum of urban lights
To find a quiet place beside the bank
Were lilies sway gently from side to side
To ponder thoughts of money spent
To pay the bills and make the rent
To make way through life each day
Are these the things that heaven sent
With the moonlit skies before the rise
Sometimes I wonder and question why
Beneath the stars they're in the sky
It's not easy to epress such feeling
When I don't understand their true meaning
Someday I should hope to find
A quite place with peace of mind
