Warmest Are The Embers
Floral be the fragrance of spring
Where are thou my fellow kin
What spring blossom brings it brings anew
As I watch your beauty beside the morning dew
Heaven spent tears in your embrace
And I have known your sweetness taste
Tranquil be the seeds of life
As I watch my love, and darling wife
Bumble bees that dance in flight
Have humbled me within your sight
And like the purest springtime rains
You are the one to ease my pain
Confide in me as I confided in you
Even when the day is through
Warmest are the embers that light your eyes
And as I watch, I can see the clouds in the skies
Which carry the tears that breed new life
That blossom beside, my beautiful wife
