Fondly
Twilight glistens in the night
Still the scene before my sight
Cascade unlike the springtime flowers
These are my thoughts among the twilight hours
Massage me with earthly feet
Beside still waters as they sleep
Hallow breeze upon my skin
Twilight beckons at your whim
Twine thy stars, like fallen snow
Flex thy hand with gentle bow
Like the flakes of fallen snow
There are feelings and it shows
Mere thoughts are intertwined
Caught in breaths, I leave behind
Tangled web among the breeze
Now I rest, in gentle ease
Fondly I glimpse, as stars appear
Mirror reflections cascade the years
Through the passage, fallen tears
And there is comfort, out of fear
