Labyrinth

Familiar facets thoughts in mind
Alas to know thy place in line
Coven of thy heart in fate
Alas to lie and contemplate

To hitchhike in this world I roam
Harbouring thoughts at least I'm home
Labyrinth of frozen thoughts
Languishing in the things I'm taught

Nonsense lies within the nitty gritty
Alas there are times where I feel pity
Overture the limerick rhyme
Alas thy passage caught in time

Philosophy I know thee well
Yes I am caught within your spell
Provocative as the heartstrings bow
Alas to know my sense in woes
