Like The Rhymes
Like The Rhymes To know the signs within my heart
Beneath the tears that heaven parts
What light glistens in the night
Compared to thee within my sight
Torn are the feelings, by the thread
Like the rhymes echoing within my head
Splintered thoughts I leave behind
With faded breaths that intertwine
Be thy pulse that beats within
And there are thoughts, I hold therein
Sheltered shadows, shadow hearts
By the sea which heaven parts
For I am unlike the humble muse
By which the world seldom use
