Where are you Carolyn
Lost in confusion don't know were to begin
Heart felt emotion in an ocean of thoughts
Peering into the stillness of the night

Starlight shines throughout the heavens
As the heavens come to life
My love my friend
Spread your wings and take flight
Where are you now as I wait for you in the pale moonlight

Are you all right, because you're the light of my life
Are you safe, where you are sleeping tonight
When you are dreaming is it me that you see
Holding me gently as I lay by your side

For when I am with you I know you're all right
But when you are lost I lose sleep in the night
Wondering if you are safe
Sleeping by the pale moonlight
