No higher honour, could there be
Sacred are the feelings, in which we share
I have been blessed to find a friend such as thee
Day in, and day out, night after night, I will be there
My heart has never known, such a treasured gift
And you are a light that shines in me
My soul takes flight, as you share our gift
Cherished are my, thoughts of thee
No darkness, could ever dim
The light that you have, left in me
To utter the feelings, that I cherish, deep within
What light has shone, as bright in me!
Cherished heart, in friendship hands
I will walk with thee, upon these sands
