Earthly Haven, Heavens Blue
Some would say we were beggars
As I know my place in life
So it is, as it was back then
Two lonely hearts alone my friend
With that voice a sense of reason
Certainly, I was compromised
My voice’s so hollow, windswept!
Across the dusty plain
My body’s weak and yet I am gentle
Like the mist in slumbered rain
Falls the world beneath you
Lonely hearts are intertwined
Gather now like children
Heavier hearts are seldom heard
Rhythmic sounds, may fall beneath you
Daylight sweet, as I remember
To the fall of rising stars
Beneath the light in gentle reign
Hallowed sweet, my sweet surrender
Earthly haven, heavens blue
