Emulate In Mystical Rhyme
Emulate in mystical rhyme
Rhyme in that by which we find
Voyager deep within my mind
Quest I creed by will of pen
Where coiled, serpents spew
Less I speak in humble verse
Then take my heart in noble stead
Manuscript, in lineal muse
The ink well dried and fountain too
Woo not nor wander forth
As I am now, the soul abused
Abused I’d be, in passage verse
Then lay my hand, among the clay
For in my heart, I feel thy curse
Privet, poets come to play
Soulful seed, in daylight due
Where thoughts are caught among the hue
Stand forth, then forthwith
And know thy heart that dwells in you
Avid reader, I believe in truth
Solemn tales I rehearse
No crypt for my body
No pillow for my head
Less I be lonely, then caught in my stead
With my rhythm bound in heart
Worry not nor forget my quill
Less I speak in voice of rhyme
Then gather thoughts that intertwine
