Silhouette, A Thought Of You

My heart lingers in, candle light upon the wind
Haunting whispers echo through
Silhouette a thought of you
Flooding echoes tumble through

What star beneath the sky so bright?
Could compare to thee my candle light
Heavenly whispers, angels weep
Hallowed soul with earthly feet

Mystic river, hallowed ground
Frozen footsteps echo round
My heart yearns in sensual passion
Through the age of garish fashion

How hobbled hath thou come
Beneath thy hand in earthly sum
Whispered murmurs gentle sweet
Hew the day my earthly treat

Silhouette, a faded song
How I’ve yearned, beneath the strong
Meek am I, among the peat
Thou hath, graced with earthly feet!
