What Of The Earth And The Heavens Blue
As we are governed by society plans
The futures children, fate rest upon our hands
Bloodshed isn't a right of passage
It's brutal, vile, and mighty savage
We should cleanse our hands before it's to late
Because humanity future is upon our plate
Would you aid a beggar in the street?
Who's hungry and looking for something to eat!
See we cull the forest with axe-clad hands
And we desecrate our oceans and there sands
What of the future will the ocean stay blue
Or will we surrender its essence, by the things we do
Remember young Tommy who played cowboys and Indians with his finger and thumb!
He died the other day, and was there only son
How much lineage, must we loss, upon our misjudgements upon which we choose!
What of the fate of the future years, lost are the innocent upon my tears!
If we could only rise above adversity, our spirit would soar across eternity
Humanity only has one fate, look at our planet and it's current state!
Who among the sinners saved, can claim their part in what we have paved
What of the earth and the heavens blue, what would you do if it were up to you!
