With The Deepest Of Devotions

Your eyes have depth, like the deepest ocean
And I am filled with the deepest of devotions
For I see substance within your gentle stare
Devoted friend, it shows that you really care

For I am blessed by your heart
And cherished by the gifts that you impart
For now you walk with earthly feet
Among these thorns, you are so sweet

By your tenderness, and your warmth
Your passive nature, I can't ignore
Loving friend your gentle hand
There is the hope you'd understand

The gentleness of your beautiful flame
For I am blessed to honour your name

What light in heaven could shine as bright?
Beneath the stars in morning light
You are cherished in my heart
Beautiful haven, I adore your heart

No notion is finer, then the thought of you
Loving friend, to my heart, I am true
In your absence, I await your smile
You are one, which makes my life worth whiled
